Mural Painting
13 May 2017, 9 am to 3 pm
Mr Yuen Kum Cheong has completed several community mural painting projects, and specialises in artworks with a natural or cultural heritage theme. Join him as he creates and paints a mural at the Ubin Living Lab! Suitable for participants aged 12 and above.

Sketches in Ball Point Pen
3 June and 24 June 2017, 9 am to 10.30 am
Mr Francis Theo loves capturing the unique charms of Pulau Ubin with his sketchbook and ink fountain pens. Come sketch with him as he shares his passion and special techniques at the Ubin Living Lab. Suitable for participants aged 12 and above.

Sketching and Watercolor Painting of Birds
10 June 2017, 9 am to 12 pm
An avid nature photographer and painter, Mr Thong Chow Ngian hopes to showcase and create awareness of the vast variety of beautiful birds found in tiny urbanised Singapore. He will guide participants to sketch and paint a bird in watercolor, using a photo as a reference.

Nature Art with Kids
16 June 2017, 9 am to 12 pm
Join Ms Alpana Anuja, an avid nature lover and volunteer with Acres and the Nature Society Singapore, on a walk at the Sensory Trail. Along the way, she will also guide participants to use watercolours to paint the flowers you see. Parents are welcomed to accompany their children for this activity.

The Beauty of Acrylic Painting
15 July 2017, 10 am to 12 pm
A veteran artist, Dr Ho Kah Leong is known for his oil paintings of nature and serene Malay kampongs. He will conduct a short demonstration session and talk about the use of acrylic paint at the Ubin Living Lab.
