17 Jul (Sat): Butterfly Walk at Teck Whye

This walk is led by Steven Chong. Hidden behind the backyard of Teck Whye Secondary School lies a pretty butterfly garden fronted by a canal with a wooded area on the opposite side. Supported by NParks, this garden boasts no less than 20 butterfly species. Butterflies that can be spotted here include the Common Mime, Painted Jezebel, Striped Albatross, Lemon Emigrant, Common Grass Yellow, Plain Tiger, Leopard Lacewing and Peacock Pansy.

Time: 9:30am - 12pm. Meet at Park connector between Blk 160A and Gracefield Kindergarten just off Jalan Teck Whye
